Graduate teaching assistant/faculty new-hire authorizations and hire packets; arrangements for guest directors; travel arrangements such as ground transportation, airfare and hotel accommodations; payroll, PAFs and contracts; ProCard statements and travel reimbursement; reconciliation of payroll and budget accounts; budget tracking, checks and analysis; payroll forecasting reports; bill payment; facility management, copy machine maintenance, Genessee Building maintenance, work orders and key requests.
Cindy Stofiel – Academic Advisor
M.F.A./M.A. admissions; M.F.A./M.A. financial aid; B.A. backup academic advisor; advise and register, track student records, conduct degree checks, and coordinate exit portfolios; recruiting; campus visit and orientation days; local audition day/schedule New York, Chicago and San Francisco auditions; design and coordinate class schedules; compile faculty vitae/faculty activity reports; NAST coordinator; research data for reports and grants; event planning and setup; guest lecturer requests to dean and Communication F/W lecturers; department communications and marketing; ad sales/trade; complimentary ticket allocation; university website and form assistance for faculty; catalog edits; student handbook, policies, etc.; calendars; database management, including alumni updates; phone and email queries; student ID cards; purchasing department supplies.
